What happens if I don't know how many items I have?

That's ok! We'll count for you. If you prepaid, any unused money will be refunded to you.

Do you offer online file delivery?

If requested, we can put your photos in a Google Drive Folder for 1 year for $25.

How does Pickup and Delivery work?

We offer Free pickup and delivery each Saturday morning. We'll schedule a time with you, and then deliver your items 2 weeks later!

Do I have to pay before delivery?

No, you don't! At Checkout there's an option to pay later. This way you're only charged once for the correct amount.

My Album has photos that are glued in. What do you do about those?

If you desire, we'll do our best to peel off the photos. There is some risk of damage in this process which is why we let you decide.

What Quality do you scan photos at?

For Printed Photos, we scan at 400 DPI. Photos are usually printed at 300 DPI, which means your file will have more detail than the photo has!

Can you provide multiple flash drives?

Yes! Additional flash drives are $7 each.
