What happens if I don't know how many items I have?

That's ok! We'll count for you. If you prepaid, any unused money will be refunded to you.

Do you offer online file delivery?

If requested, we can put your photos in a Google Drive Folder for 1 year for $25.

How does Pickup and Delivery work?

We offer Free pickup and delivery each Saturday morning. We'll schedule a time with you, and then later schedule a dropoff time

Do I have to prepay?

No, you don't! Give us a call and we'll schedule a pickup. No payment is necessary until we've scanned your order!

My Album has photos that are glued in. What do you do about those?

Up to you! We can either peel them off the page, or scan them on the page. Let us know which you'd like!

What Quality do you scan photos at?

For Printed Photos, we scan at 600 DPI. Photos are usually printed at 300 DPI, which means your file will have more detail than the photo has!

Can you provide multiple flash drives?

Yes! Additional flash drives are $7 each.

What can you not Digitize?

We can't Digitize Audio Reel to Reel, 16mm Reels, or BetaMax Videocassette tapes

Can I ship my items to you?

No, our office doesn't have a secure mailbox. You can drop off your photos, or we can pick them up any Saturday!
